Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the issuance, amendment, renewal, utilization, and closure of Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee.
  • Coordinate all LC and LG requirements with banks, suppliers, and relevant internal departments.
  • Prepare and monitor daily cash positions and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Process payments, transfers, loan repayments, and interest payments.
  • Monitor banking facilities, limits, maturities, and expiry dates.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding differences.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury management reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 + years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or banking operations.
  • Practical experience in the issuance and full operation of Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee.
  • Experience in coordinating LC and LG transactions with banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Good knowledge of banking facilities, cash management, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
