Job Description
Cash Management
- Oversee the management of company liquidity and cash reserves.
- Implement effective cash flow forecasting and reporting mechanisms.
Capital Planning
- Develop and implement strategies for capital structure and financing options.
- Work closely with senior management on M&A activities, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.
Debt Management
- Evaluate the company's capital structure and debt profile.
- Manage relationships with lenders, creditors, and rating agencies.
Risk Management
- Develop and implement risk management policies related to currency exposure, interest rates, and other financial risks.
Investment Management
- Oversee the company's investment portfolio.
- Evaluate investment options to achieve optimal returns while minimizing risk.
Financial Relations
- Maintain and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and manage the treasury team, Develop KPIs and benchmarks for assessing the effectiveness of the treasury operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have strong exposure to Treasury activities with an understanding of the technology sector. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required. At least 15 years of progressive experience within Treasury at a senior level. Master's degree is preferred.
