Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and bank accounts.
  • Process bank transfers, payments, and deposits.
  • Prepare payment instructions and ensure proper approvals.
  • Maintain records of treasury transactions and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing cash flow reports and treasury summaries.
  • Support bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding transactions and account matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 02 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury (internships acceptable).
  • Good knowledge of Excel and basic financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
