Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational financial objectives.
- Oversee the continuous monitoring & analysis variances between forecasted and actual cash flows to enhance forecasting reliability and support informed decision‑making.
- Develop rolling liquidity plans while designing proactive funding strategies, to support operational and strategic business needs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, AP, AR, and Business Units to validate and refine cash planning assumptions.
- Assess funding needs and optimize utilization of credit facilities, ensuring efficient capital allocation and cost‑effective financing.
- Prepare treasury dashboards and management reports for senior management by providing insights that support strategic financial decisions if needed.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and governance of treasury policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to strengthen control and performance standards.
- Drive process improvements and automation in treasury planning and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred work Experience):
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business and economics.
- CTP and FMVA are preferred
Experience:
- 9-12 years of treasury experience.
