Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Manage tailored hedging and investment solutions based on client needs, improving loyalty and retention.
- Contribute to the development of new treasury products and tools to meet client needs and enhance the bank's competitive position.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and FX product innovations to support strategic initiatives.
- Build relationships and communication rhythm with local relationship managers and leaders, in order to build an understanding of external customer expectations and sales opportunities.
- Build the familiarity with Treasury products of Arab Bank local relationship managers by providing appropriate training, mentoring and education or briefing of LOB staff, or customers, as and when required
- Ensure timely execution of all customer orders by the appropriate people
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share by providing tailored financial solutions in a dynamic treasury sales environment
- Accountable for Sales and marketing of Treasury products to external customers
- Skilled in structuring and promoting FX, Interest Rate and Commodity derivatives.
- Raise awareness and knowledge of Treasury products and services to Arab Bank LOB leaders and relationship managers
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or any related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a recognized financial institution
Key Competencies:
- Fluency in English and Arabic spoken and written
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
