- Welding, safety or maintenance certifications preferred.
- Technical Diploma preferred
- English proficiency an asset.
- Strong teamwork and problem solving mindset.
- Clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive in reporting issues and driving continuous improvement.
Task Description:- Keep tube mill running at peak performance.
- From roller setup to troubleshooting.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality steel tubes roll off the line.
- Configure rollers and set up production line.
- Feed raw materials and monitor machine operation.
- Supervise assistants and guide workflow.
- Conducts quality inspections, isolate defects and troubleshoot root cause.
- Perform basic maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Meet or exceed production plan output.
- Maintain scrap rate below 1%.
- Minimize machine downtime.
Equipment & Materials:- Produces round, square and rectangular pipes from hot-rolled to galvanized steel.
- Diameters: 19 - 177.8 mm square size: 16x16 - 150x150 mm.
- Wall thickness: 1 - 6 mm lengths: 3 -12 m.
- Integrated auto-pack bundling line.
