Key Responsibilities
- Tubular Foreman full involvement with daily operational activities.
- Update and maintain tracking boards for upcoming and ongoing inspections.
- Conduct audits of ongoing inspections and maintain audit records.
- File and manage audit reports on the Tubular Teams page.
- Support RAMS personnel and Rig Managers in researching and resolving tubular inventory issues within Asset Hub.
- Gather tubular inventory data from repair facilities and submit monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain sub-inventory records and provide inventory totals to the Tubular Foreman.
- Maintain the mandatory maintenance tracking spreadsheet and submit monthly maintenance reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record keeping.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal customers, coworkers, and suppliers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and record-management capabilities.
Preferred Knowledge(Training can be provided)
- Ability to identify downhole tubulars and their connections.
- Basic knowledge of tubular inspection processes and repair methods.
- Basic understanding of drilling operations and drilling processes.
