Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Turkish Back Office Agent, based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing back-office operations, processing and handling online inquiries, ensuring the quality of user content and interactions, and assisting with customer support tasks. The Turkish Back Office Agent will also manage tasks related to monitoring user behavior and resolving reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Turkish (both written and spoken) and fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle data and administrative tasks
- Problem-solving skills to address user queries and resolve reported issues effectively
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with team members and other departments
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic workplace
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation is a plus
- Prior experience in back office, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
