Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Tutor (Teaching Assistant) in Business Management at the University of Hertfordshire, hosted by GAF. The primary responsibilities include assisting lead professors in delivering lectures and tutorials, guiding and supporting students in academic research and coursework, preparing teaching materials, marking assignments, and fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment. The Tutor will also contribute to academic administration, participate in professional development activities, and support the overall academic goals of the Business Management department.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background and knowledge in Business Management or related fields
- Proficiency in preparing teaching materials, guiding students, and assisting in academic coursework
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in academic administration, research support, and maintaining accurate records
- Adaptability to work in a collaborative and multicultural environment
- Master's degree in Business Management or a closely related field is strongly preferred
