Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across multiple departments within the organization.
• Complete all mandatory induction programmes and compliance training.
• Learn departmental processes and contribute to day-to-day operations under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Build a strong understanding of banking operations, corporate policies, and governance standards.
• Attend regular review sessions with mentors, managers, and HR.
• Successfully complete all assigned learning programmes and development milestones.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the programme.

Mandatory Requirements

• UAEN with a valid Khulasat Al Qaid
• Fresh graduate.
• Must not have worked in any bank during the last 12 months.
• Bachelor's Degree completed.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willing to commit to a 2-year graduate programme based in Dubai.
