About the Role: Client Account Lead

Location: Dubai, UAE

Arabic Speaking Proficiency Mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Account Lead to drive strategic growth through high-impact sales initiatives in Microsoft technology and Data & AI domains. This role requires a strong blend of enterprise sales expertise, relationship management, and solution-oriented thinking.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing complex, consultative sales cycles within IT services or technology consulting environments. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, delivery leaders, and partner ecosystems to position Delphi's offerings as enablers of digital transformation and long term business value.

This is a high-visibility role that demands strategic ownership of accounts, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape, particularly in cloud, data, and AI.

What You'll Do:

Lead Strategic Client Engagements

Take ownership of key enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted advisor to CXOs and decision-makers. Drive strategic roadmaps aligned with Microsoft technologies and Delphi's Data & AI offerings.

Define & Drive Account Strategy

Own the development and execution of long-term account growth plans, ensuring alignment with

customer transformation goals, tech maturity, and digital innovation agenda.

Lead High-Stakes Sales Cycles

Steer complex sales pursuits — from initial discovery and solution shaping to commercial negotiation and deal closure — for large-scale digital, cloud, and AI initiatives.

Drive Microsoft-Centric Value

Champion Microsoft technology stacks (Azure, Data Platform, Dynamics, AI/ML) and work closely with Microsoft sellers and partner programs to co-develop pipeline and joint wins.

Mentor & Enable Sales Execution

Guide junior account managers or pre-sales teams, sharing best practices and elevating account

planning, proposal quality, and storytelling in client-facing engagements.

Collaborate Across Teams

Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between presales, delivery, solution architects, and partner ecosystems to deliver client-centric, feasible solutions.

Drive Revenue & Retention

Own revenue growth targets, renewals, and satisfaction metrics for your portfolio. Identify

whitespace and drive cross-sell and upsell motions across services.

Represent Delphi in the Market

Act as a senior representative of Delphi in industry forums, partner events, and executive client

briefings projecting credibility, insight, and vision.

Track & Report Business Metrics

Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal health by maintaining strong reporting

discipline

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

• 8–12 years in sales or account management roles within IT consulting or Microsoft partner

ecosystem.

Proven track record of driving service-based sales within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in

areas such as Azure Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, and Business Applications

Consultative Selling:

• Demonstrated ability to engage enterprise clients with value-based consultative techniques.

Client Centricity:

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with

enterprise decision-makers.

Tech Savvy:

• Understanding of modern cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI adoption journeys.

Location:

Should be based in the UAE and have deep familiarity with the local business environment.

Preferred Skills

Existing relationships with Microsoft ecosystem in UAE.

Experience with regional RFPs, proposal responses, and enterprise deal structuring.

Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Sell, Partner Center, and marketplace offerings.

Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to pitch to both business and technical

audiences.
