We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
- Strong academic foundation (recent graduates from a recognised university, Bachelor's level)
- High levels of initiative, independence, and professional maturity
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills
- Clear and articulate English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
- General IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, able to work around sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to operate effectively both within teams and independently
- Strong administrative and coordination capabilities with a proactive mindset
Key responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with KYC, screening, and client onboarding documentation
- Supporting client due diligence and compliance review processes
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, trackers, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinating document collection, execution, approvals, and internal follow-ups
- Supporting internal compliance and governance processes
- Assisting with correspondence, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders where required
- Providing day-to-day compliance administrative and operational support within the Legal Department
