Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer (Part time), to join at our at our Sharjah Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and bank transactions, including bank reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely statutory payments, where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting (experience requirements may vary by organization).
