JOB PURPOSE:
The job holder is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company's marketing strategies, media planning, marketing communications, and ongoing promotional activities.
DESCRIPTION:
Marketing Strategy:
- Leverages customer and market intelligence to develop/modify marketing strategy/plan
- Participates in the development of online marketing strategy
- Executes the annual marketing plan for the company and drive marketing programs that increase market share, revenue and profitability
- Builds and execute brand plan by category
- Creates an integrated approach to support the marketing vision across digital, e-commerce, CRM, retail, and public relations
- Drives the company to be customer centric
Media Planning:
- Develops and implements media plan to promote the the company's products to diverse set of audiences
- Manages media communications and maintaining ongoing relationships with media contacts
- Leverages customer understanding to find the right combination of media mix that will enable maximum reach and impact
- Develops cross channel media campaigns and influencer partnerships that amplify brand positioning and story across social media, digital publishers and blogs as well as drive customer acquisition
Promotions:
- Collaborates with the team to implement innovative branded content for each channel that aligns with new launches, promotions, and other business needs
- Measures campaign outcomes and make recommendations to refine and continuously improve our marketing efforts
- Ideates and manages tests and leverage data to inform future programs and improve performance by channel
- Responsible for planning and managing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Responsible for supervising promotional programs to incentivize the point-of-purchase
- Combines advertising with promotional deals to entice consumers and clients to buy products
QUALIFICATIONS, RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Preferred Professional Certifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Full Professional Proficiency of English and Arabic Language
