Job Purpose:
To ensure thorough analysis of investment opportunities along with monitoring and reporting risks to management on a regular basis.
- Conduct due diligence for investment opportunities. Coordinate with external stakeholders (i.e. consultants and partners) where appropriate.
- Prepare financial models and sensitivity analysis for investment opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial and business analysis of investment opportunities to evaluate their feasibility and viability.
- Prepare investment decks for presentation to senior management.
- Assist line manager in structuring and negotiating commercial terms.
- Provide support on other tasks within the department as and when required by Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, private equity, capital markets, M&A, financial advisory, strategy, or investment analysis.
