UAE National - Team Lead - Accounts Receivable

• Lead the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
• Supervise a team of AR accountants and support their development
• Manage customer accounts, monitor ageing reports, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve billing processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
• Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting

Requirements:

• UAE National with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of billing systems, ERP tools, and AR best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
