Collaborate with the service and repair team to identify any discrepancies or missing information in warranty claims and provide necessary feedback for improvement. Provide guidance and support to customers, technicians, and other stakeholders regarding warranty claim procedures, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. Review warranty estimates to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards, minimising errors and potential claim rejections. The Successful Applicant Minimum of a diploma, bachelor's degree in any technical or mathematical field is preferred. UAE National with Family Book.
