We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Executive – Business Account Management to join our growing team at Dubai CommerCity.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day client accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services. You'll also identify business opportunities, support account growth, and contribute to achieving operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support assigned client accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to account growth.
- Support business account planning and operational improvements.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports in line with company standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
