Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Executive – Business Account Management to join our growing team at Dubai CommerCity.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day client accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services. You'll also identify business opportunities, support account growth, and contribute to achieving operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support assigned client accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to account growth.
  • Support business account planning and operational improvements.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports in line with company standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
