This role is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance across registered companies by leading inspection activities, monitoring adherence to applicable policies and regulations, investigating compliance-related matters, and promoting a culture of governance and operational excellence.
Main Responsibility
• Ensure that companies are abiding with the Inspection & Compliance guidelines.
• Leads and schedules inspections of the registered companies within DAFZ.
• Reports the investigation of violations pertaining to breach of Inspection & Compliance terms & Conditions.
• Conduct regular follow ups on existing companies to ensure their compliance to applicable guidelines as per approved Inspection & Compliance checklist.
• Assist the line manager with any matters related to violations and warnings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Ability to conduct onsite and offsite inspections and prepare investigation or compliance reports. • Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections and follow-ups effectively.
