Job Purpose: To support registration processes by ensuring timely documentation and assisting clients with their day-to-day licensing requirements.
Contract and Data Administration
- Ensure all contract services are managed whilst complying to the contract management plan.
- Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to keep in line with emerging trends.
- Ensures all companies within the Freehold are operating with a valid license.
- Preparation of necessary documents prior registration/incorporation of the company.
- Handle company cancelations in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Reserving trade names.
- Reviewing the documents submitted by Tenants and checking for the accurate attestation and legalization.
Client Management
- Meeting and advising clients with the necessary requirements for registration and license issuance.
- Ensures that clients commit with the freehold rules and regulations and are up to date with the required amendments.
- Collaborate internally across cross-functional teams to ensure that the business requirements are met.
- Oversees and resolve complains as well as grievances of the clients
- Assists Company Cancelation and coordinating with the concerned departments to effectively execute the process.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents/requirements for registration and Renewal.
- Issue letters in consultation with the line managers, letters related to any violation/warning/observation to the clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's or any equivalent degree.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations.
- Experience in licensing, company registration, and lease-related processes.
- Good understanding of legal documentation for leasing and licensing.
