Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for leasing of retail units.
- Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and negotiations, ensuring deals are closed in line with company targets and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and manage proposals, offers, contracts, and documentation, coordinating with operations teams and other departments as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, as well as real estate brokers and agents to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, providing regular sales reports and contributing to business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
