Job Description
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for UAT based on business requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate closely with project stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand project scope and user expectations.
- Conduct rigorous testing, including functional, usability, and regression testing, to ensure the product meets user needs and operates as intended.
- Document and report defects, issues, and improvement opportunities, providing clear and detailed feedback to the development team.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing or a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
