UI/UX

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, stories, personas, and prototypes.

Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.

Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and devices.

Job requirements and qualifications:

+5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise, government, or B2B software solutions.

A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools knowledge of prototyping tools (Framer) is a plus.

Good experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus.

Knowledge of Saudi digital transformation initiatives and government design standards (DGA guidelines) is a strong advantage.

A team player but can work independently too.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Understanding user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
