We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design ideas are translated into functional and appealing user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Balsamiq, and more.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with conducting user research, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes (not required but a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with motion design and interaction design principles.
- Understanding of design systems and experience contributing to them.
