UX/UI Designer – Business Banking (Contract)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a Business Banking squad in Dubai. This role will focus on designing complex, logged-in digital banking experiences for business and corporate customers.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience working within business, commercial, or corporate banking—not only retail banking—and will be comfortable designing detailed user journeys involving payments, account management, account services, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX and UI experiences for business and corporate banking platforms.
- Create intuitive logged-in journeys for complex banking products and services.
- Work on payment flows, account management, account servicing, dashboards, and other transactional banking features.
- Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other designers.
- Ensure designs align with the existing design system, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and product discussions.
- Support the delivery of designs from initial concept through development and implementation.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Proven experience designing digital products for business, commercial, or corporate banking.
- Hands-on experience with complex logged-in banking experiences.
- Experience designing areas such as complex payments, account management, account services, and dashboards.
- Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with established design systems.
- Ability to simplify complex banking processes and requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant banking or financial-services projects is required.
- Must be available to join immediately or at very short notice.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working within a major bank, fintech company, or financial-services consultancy.
- Experience designing corporate payment journeys, including multi-step or multi-user approval flows.
- Familiarity with business banking customer needs, entitlements, permissions, and account-servicing processes.
