Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business and user requirements into engaging design solutions that enhance usability and overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Ensure brand alignment and visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to improve user experience.
- Create responsive designs compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain and evolve UI design standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 35+ years of experience in UI or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and usability standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
