UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and translating complex requirements into elegant, functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create clean, consistent, and visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across web and mobile devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth design handover and implementation.
• Continuously test, analyze, and iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (flexible based on portfolio quality).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Ability to present and clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
• Experience with usability testing tools and data-driven design decisions
