We are looking to hire passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Create personas, user journeys, flows, and other UX artifacts.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define goals, requirements, and scope.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability findings.
- Support and contribute to our design system, components, variants, tokens, and documentation.
- Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints web and mobile.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong UI and UX work.
- Excellent-level Figma skills:
- Components & variants
- Auto-layout
- Design tokens
- File organization
- Prototyping
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
