Position: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 2+ Years (Minimum 2 years can be considered if skills are strong)

Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be willing to relocate)

Working Days: 5 days (Work from office)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a notice period with a maximum of 15 days remaining

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Translate concepts and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create visually appealing UI designs with a strong focus on data visualization and information hierarchy.
• Pay close attention to interaction design, visual design, and motion design details.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and contribute to product thinking.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and UI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for digital products.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and present solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing dashboards and data-intensive applications.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and collaboration with development teams.
