Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Four Principles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will combine strategic design thinking with strong visual execution to create intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces.
Working closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will drive the full design lifecycle — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff — ensuring every interaction reflects both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design visually compelling and consistent UI components, style guides, and design systems in line with brand guidelines
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate closely with mobile and web developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs
- Work with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices
- Contribute to and maintain a shared design system and component library to ensure consistency across products
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and mobile
- Expert proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, A/B testing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and design-to-development handoff workflows
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments is an advantage
