UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage the full UI/UX design process, from discovery and research through to final design delivery.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate user and business requirements into intuitive and user-centred digital experiences.
• Create polished, pixel-perfect user interfaces for production-grade applications.
• Apply strong visual design principles across typography, colour, spacing, animations, and interaction design.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.
• Use Figma's auto-layout and collaborative prototyping capabilities to support efficient design delivery.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
• Where required, create custom illustrations, icons, and other visual assets to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• Suitable for candidates at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma as the primary design tool.
• Experience working with Figma components, design systems, auto-layout, and collaborative prototyping.
• Strong visual and interaction design capabilities.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, spacing, animations, and interaction patterns.
• Ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering production-grade applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating custom illustrations, iconography, or other visual assets.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Procreate would be an added advantage.
