Talent-360.me is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
This role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital interfaces that elevate the user experience across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design assets for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs
- Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
