We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Developer with a passion for customer-centered design, AI-enhanced experiences, and real estate technology. This role is pivotal in transforming ideas into intuitive, functional prototypes and MVPs that reflect Omniyat's brand of excellence.
You will lead design initiatives using Figma, working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to build next-generation digital products tailored to Omniyat's and Omniyat Group's clientele and aligned with market dynamics in the UAE real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate UI/UX solutions for web and mobile platforms using Figma, ensuring alignment with Omniyat's premium brand.
- Develop interactive, clickable prototypes that evolve into functional MVPs for internal and customer-facing applications.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to build seamless, intelligent digital interfaces (e.g., smart property search, personalized dashboards).
- Ensure UX strategies are tailored for real estate use cases, including property discovery, investment workflows, and lead generation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to optimise digital journeys.
- Translate high-level product requirements into elegant, intuitive designs focused on simplicity and impact.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across Omniyat Group's digital portfolio.
- Stay ahead of design trends in AI applications, real estate technology, and luxury digital experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in real estate, proptech, or high-end digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff).
- Demonstrated ability to develop MVPs or work closely with development teams to bring designs to production.
- Experience designing for AI-powered tools (recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive UI, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, prototypes, and real estate or AI-related projects.
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate user personas, digital touchpoints, and industry-specific UX needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and basic front-end technologies.
