UI/UX

We're looking for a visionary and hands-on UI/UX Lead to shape the user experience and interface design across our digital platforms in telecom, fintech, and media. This role blends creativity with strategy, requiring someone who can lead cross-functional teams, drive intuitive design solutions, and deliver high-impact digital experiences in fast-paced, agile environments.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our products not only look great but work seamlessly for diverse user groups — from consumers streaming content to enterprise users managing transactions or smart connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and UX strategy for digital platforms across web, mobile, and connected devices
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for telecom, fintech, and media applications
• Define and own UX KPIs, measuring the success of design decisions and continuously optimizing based on data.
• work closely with data and insights teams to turn behavioral analytics into actionable UX improvements.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and validate designs through usability testing
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in agile sprints
• Ensure design consistency and scalability by maintaining design systems and UI libraries
• Solve complex design challenges with a user-first mindset, balancing functionality and visual appeal
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging UX technologies across relevant industries

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
• Experience leading or contributing to product design in subscription-based models or transactional platforms
• Experience with design for smart TVs, or IoT interfaces
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional agile teams
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, from UX vision to detailed UI execution
• Solid portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, interaction design, and impactful UI design across devices
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to pitch concepts and lead design discussions
• Experience in responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
