UiPath Developer

Department: Process Automation Factory, Digital & Technology Platform Services.

Location: Egypt, New Cairo

As a UiPath Developer in our Process Automation Factory, you will design, build, test and deploy RPA solutions that interact seamlessly with multiple enterprise applications - SAP above all. You will own automations end-to-end: from shaping the process design together with business SMEs, through development and hypercare, to ongoing governance and continuous improvement. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technology, you will help drive automation initiatives that make Coca-Cola HBC's operations faster, more reliable and more efficient across 29 markets.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new RPA processes - from requirements and solution design through development, testing and go-live.
• Develop and configure automations in line with the Process Design Document (PDD) and our development standards, using core workflow principles - efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Ensure every solution complies with CCHBC security and governance standards.

Design & document

• Support SMEs and Process Owners in creating and maintaining process design documentation (PDDs, SDDs, process flows) and ensure it stays aligned with the delivered automation.
• Translate business processes from workflow diagrams into robust automated solutions and propose standardization and improvement of the underlying business processes where you see the opportunity.

Run & improve

• Govern and maintain live automations to ensure stability and quality of performance.
• Monitor for unexpected trends and issues, remedy them in a timely manner, and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Continuously improve existing automations - performance, resilience and scope.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience.

Collaborate

• Build strong relationships with CCH entities, your team and cross-functional partners in delivering the automation strategy.
• Participate in defining systems strategy, developing requirements, prototyping and testing custom technology solutions.
• Report status, issues and risks to the RPA Lead on a regular basis.
• Ensure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (or another RPA platform); UiPath certification is a strong plus.
• 4+ years working with databases, ERP systems and analytics tools - ideally in a fast-moving, large multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and process design, with experience creating and managing technical documentation.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Programming experience in C#, VB.NET or Python.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Involvement in improvement projects with multi-functional teams.
• Track record of service delivery to internal and external customers within agreed SLAs.
• Industry experience in process manufacturing and/or FMCG.
• Experience in a Shared Services or multi-site business environment.
