Job description:

• Provide high-quality communication and support in both Ukrainian and English
• Attend remote training sessions and team meetings as required
• Maintain professional appearance and workspace during video interactions
• Ensure consistent internet connectivity and technology readiness
• Follow company guidelines, workflows, and quality standards
• Handle assigned tasks efficiently while meeting performance targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to learn new tools and processes

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Laptop: Core i5 10th generation and above (or it's equivalent in AMD or Mac)
• Full HD Webcam
• USB headset (small preferred)
• Ethernet connection
• 10mbps download speed and 5mbps upload speed
• Webcam and solid dark grey backdrop
