Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell ultra-luxury off-plan residential and investment properties to German-speaking clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and private client consultations in German and English.
  • Provide detailed information on project specifications, payment plans, ROI projections, and market trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and database management.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
