Job Description
- Conducts comprehensive training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, ensuring proficiency in the use of Philips applications and promoting best practices in clinical settings.
- Refines educational resources, training materials, and clinical protocols tailored to specialized clinical domains, supporting continuous professional development and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to enhance the functionality, usability, and interoperability of Philips clinical applications.
- Adheres to stringent clinical and regulatory standards, ensuring meticulous compliance with safety protocols and health regulations throughout all phases of application deployment and support, working under limited supervision.
- Analyzes intricate clinical workflows and operational procedures with precision, conducting comprehensive assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimizing the utilization and performance of Philips advanced healthcare applications.
- Applies advanced clinical expertise and technical acumen to provide authoritative guidance and support, overseeing the seamless implementation and configuration of Philips specialized solutions in diverse clinical settings.
- Completes thorough documentation and detailed reporting of application implementations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Facilitate strategic engagements and collaborations with healthcare providers and key decision-makers, cultivating partnerships that drive adoption and success of Philips innovative healthcare solutions and adoption in the markets.
- Plan and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) training and launch activities in partnership with market zones.
- Provides continuous training to zone teams on NPIs, competition, and clinical trends, strengthening commercial readiness.
- Develop clinical and sales team confidence in product capabilities, market positioning, and clinical intelligence.
- Supports promotional activities and strategic deals that accelerate business performance and market penetration.
- Advocates for enhancements to Philips CV and POC applications based on industry trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies, supporting long-term product and market leadership.
- Monitors market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer satisfaction metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and business growth. Collaborates with the BU to scope future product releases for CV and POC solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market evolution.
- Handles initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiencies through advanced application utilization strategies, aligning closely with customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Manages and develops employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience (Bachelor's) or 3 years experience (Master's) in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, or similar roles.
- Experience in hospital or clinical environments and familiarity with healthcare technology systems and workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to deliver training, support application implementation, and optimize clinical operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and collaborative communication style
- Excellence in stakeholder, cross-functional and key opinion leader management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
- High professionalism, leadership capability, and commitment to quality and patient safety.
