Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo. The Umrah Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their Umrah travel needs and offering suitable solutions. Key tasks include providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients regarding their travel requirements, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Customer Service and Consulting skills
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry, especially in religion-based tourism, is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
