Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the assigned sales team to deliver sales targets across B2B customers including hotels, Horeca, catering, traditional trade (wholesalers, confectionery traders, etc.).
- Develop and execute sales plans, route-to-market strategies, and account coverage models to maximize customer reach and sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers, understand their needs, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage distributor finance, credit exposure, and ROI analysis while ensuring full compliance with company sales policies, credit terms, and operational standards.
- Monitor customer orders, stock levels, and product availability to ensure smooth supply.
- Participate in trade activation, visibility, and execution of BTL activities within customer accounts.
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with key customers to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Track competitor activities in the B2B space and provide insights to management for proactive market response.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Channel Development teams to implement tailored solutions for customers.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and market dynamics, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to build a strong and high-performing team.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong background in finance.
- Valid driving license (car ownership preferred).
- People Management Skills.
- Excellent command of English.
