Role Description

The Unit Sales Manager will oversee, lead, and develop a team of sales professionals while driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, implementing sales strategies, monitoring progress toward targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, preparing regular sales reports, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for partial remote work.

  • Proven expertise in sales, target-setting, and developing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Client relationship management and customer service expertise
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
