About the Role:
The Unknown Hub Manager leads the operations of a specialized hub focused on
shipment verification, reconciliation, and recovery. The role ensures efficient handling of
inbound volume, high identification and dispatch performance, accurate inventory
control, and strong team leadership while driving continuous operational improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound shipments requiring additional verification and ensure accurate receiving and control
- Manage structured sorting, categorization, and storage to enable fast and accurate identification
- Own and improve shipment recovery and conversion performance
- Lead, coach, and fairly manage the hub team, ensuring productivity and accountability
- Maintain accurate daily operational and performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement in space utilization, traffic flow, and operational efficiency
Job Qualifications:
- 34 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations
- Strong inventory management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
