About the Role

This role is completely Unpaid, on-site, and entry level designed for students, recent graduates and early career applicants seeking on-hond experience in AI content and veìideo marketing.

Elchai Group is looking for an AI Content and Video Marketing Intern to support content creation, short-form video, copywriting, AI-assisted content development, and marketing communications.

This role is suited to someone who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and understands that good marketing content must be both engaging and factually accurate.

You will learn how to turn approved product information into clear content for specific audiences while using AI tools responsibly and maintaining accurate source references.

Programme Details

Location: Office 2008, Jumeirah Business Centre 1, Cluster G, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, UAE

Workplace: Fully on-site

Daily Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Dubai time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Break: 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM lunch/rest break

Initial Supervised Stage: Three days

Internship Phase: Eight calendar weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Review approved product and company information before creating content.
• Research and verify product descriptions, statistics, claims, and other important information against approved sources.
• Identify and correct AI-generated errors, unsupported claims, and misleading wording.
• Write social media posts, captions, scripts, and other short-form marketing content.
• Develop short-video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Adapt the same core message across written and video formats while maintaining factual accuracy.
• Organise content drafts, source materials, assets, and different versions of content.
• Maintain source-linked change logs for important factual edits.
• Apply feedback and revise content accordingly.
• Support content calendars and maintain accurate publication and approval status.
• Escalate missing information, unclear claims, or missing approvals before publication.

Experience creating any of the following is an advantage:

• AI-assisted content

Familiarity with tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing platforms is useful.

You do not need subscriptions to multiple AI tools or a professional portfolio.
