  • Profiling and optimizing performance for stable deployments
  • Collaborating with designers and other developers to deliver interactive experiences

What You Need on Day One

  • 24 years experience with Unreal Engine
  • Strong Blueprint skills (and basic C++ understanding is a plus)
  • Experience packaging and deploying builds outside the editor
  • Worked on at least one project involving VR, multiplayer, devices, or external inputs
  • Strong debugging/problem-solving mindset
  • Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn complex technical systems

Nice-to-Have (Not Required, But Helpful)

  • Experience working with sensors or tracking systems
  • Familiarity with real-time interactive installations

What You'll Grow Into

Over time, you'll get the chance to dive deeper into multi-display setups, LED workflows, tracking systems, and tools for large-scale interactive installations.

Work Environment

  • Fast-moving, collaborative, non-corporate team
  • Occasional late hours near deadlines (compensated later)
  • Hands-on R&D mindset encouraged
