Designer or project manager for smaller scale and less complex projects and be responsible and accountable for all deliverables, and milestones.
- Be the Point of Contact (POC) for all finance and administration and client related issues for their projects.
- Demonstrate a full professional understanding of practice from planning concept to implementation strategies and oversight.
- Plan out the way forward for projects to meet the set deadlines/ milestones and estimate of completion (EAC) for all projects responsible.
- Review contract for project deliverables at all stages of the process within the team.
- Identify key project issues and provide clear and concise solutions for delivery.
- Be the client liaison and develop long term relationship and rapport with the client team.

Key Knowledge And Skills
- Fundamental Planning Knowledge (history of planning and theory, and planning basis, law, and values)
- Competent in plan making and Implementation (info analytics and research methods, plan and policy formulation, and communication and engagement)
- Competent in urban design
- Competent in Planning for communities, public facilities, and amenities
- Proficient knowledge to coordinate and review GIS analysis and conclusions, Socio-economic projections & demand assessment, transport & infrastructure planning, and environmental sustainability and resilience strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
- Independently deliver at least 1 planning project & 1 urban design project per year.
- Support business development securing at least 2 project win per year.
- Conduct at least 4 training sessions for in-house staff/ client's staff per year.
- Mentor at least 2 junior level staff showing enhancement in their output.
