Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and supervise daily ground improvement operations mainly in PVD installation whilst ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and deadline requirements.
- Simultaneously coordinate resources, manpower, machinery, and material logistics across multiple concurrent small-scale project sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, main contractors, consultants, field workers, and overseas HQ.
- Review method statements, structural drawings, and installation records to maintain full compliance with technical specs and safety standards.
- Direct site engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractors, providing technical problem-solving for on-site challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 2-3+ years of direct experience in PVD and soil improvement works.
- Proven ability to manage site teams and execute multiple ground improvement projects independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools familiarity with related techniques (e.g., DCM, piling, or diaphragm walls) is a strong advantage.
