Open titles (urgent): QC Supervisor (Welding/Piping/Mechanical/E&I), QC Inspector (Welding/Piping/Electrical),
Key Responsibilities
- Implement project QMS and discipline ITP/QCP; plan & witness Hold/Witness points with client/PMC.
- Manage MIR/WIR, material receiving inspection, welding traceability, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, and NDT coordination.
- Control test packs, calibration, inspection dossiers, and MC/TO documentation; drive punch clearance and turnover handover.
- Raise and close NCR/CAR, lead root-cause analysis and preventive actions; ensure full compliance with SAES/SAEP/SAMSS.
- Liaise with construction/engineering/HSSE for quality-by-design and right-first-time execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years QA/QC experience on EPC construction; prior KSA/ARAMCO standard projects strongly preferred.
- Relevant certifications by discipline:
- Welding: CSWIP 3.1/3.2 (or equivalent), strong WPS/PQR knowledge;
- NDT: ASNT/PCN Level II (RT/UT/PT/MT) as applicable;
- Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC/Steel Structure/CP/Batch Plant: discipline approvals/qualifications per ARAMCO standards.
- ARAMCO CBT (by discipline): passed/valid preferredCBT exam passed
- Strong documentation & turnover skills; proven interface with client/PMC and subcontractors.
- Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.
HSSE Health, Safety, Security & EnvironmentHSE Officer / Site Safety Officer / HSE Supervisor / Health Management Officer
Project: Gas Compression Stations (Dammam, Saudi Arabia.)
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce site HSE Plan, PTW system, and JSA/TRA; lead daily toolbox talks and routine inspections.
- Monitor SIMOPS, lifting/energization/confined space/hot work; ensure compliance with ISO 45001/14001 and project procedures.
- Conduct incident/near-miss reporting and investigations; drive corrective/preventive actions and HSE KPIs.
- Coordinate emergency response drills, inductions, and targeted trainings; manage health surveillance & occupational hygiene basics.
- Interface with client/PMC and construction/QA teams to embed safety by design and safe execution.
Requirements
- 710+ years site HSE experience in EPC/O&G projects; compressor station/pipeline experience is a plus.
- NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent), OSHA trainings; strong PTW and risk assessment practice in KSA context.
- Familiar with ARAMCO/KSA HSE codes & contractor requirements; incident investigation competency.
- Effective communication & coaching skills; bilingual (English; Arabic a plus).
- Short-notice/Immediate availability preferred.
E&C Engineering & ConstructionPiping/Civil/Electrical/Instrument/ Welding/Quantity Surveyor

Open titles (urgent): Piping Engineer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrument Engineer, Welding Engineer, Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Site Planning Engineer, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site execution for your discipline: review IFC/shop drawings, issue RFIs/TQs, prepare method statements, and ensure works meet specs and schedule.
- Perform material take-off (MTO), oversee installation, testing & pre-commissioning; coordinate with construction, QA/QC, HSSE, and subcontractors.
- Plan daily/weekly workfronts, track progress, clear punch items, and support mechanical completion & handover.
- Ensure strict compliance with SAES/SAEP and project procedures; interface with client/PMC during inspections and walk-downs.
- Drive constructability, clash/constraint resolution, and cross-discipline coordination (civilmechE&I).
Requirements
- Bachelors in relevant engineering; 10+ years EPC site experience, incl. 3+ years on similar KSA/ARAMCO-standard projects (lead roles: 15+ years incl. 5+ years in lead capacity).
- Solid command of ARAMCO SAES/SAEP, ITPs, method statements, and discipline codes/standards (e.g., IEC/NEC for electrical).
- Proven track in brownfield/tie-in and compressor station packages is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with discipline tools (e.g., AutoCAD/Navisworks/Caesar II for piping; surveying equipment for surveyors).
- Strong site coordination, progress control, and stakeholder communication skills.
Availability to join within 24 weeks is preferred.
