Urgent Hiring For Human Resources Manager
Location: Dubai (travel to Africa as per business requirements)
Experience Required: 10+ years in HR (across all functional areas)
Nationality: Indian (must be currently based in Dubai)
Salary – 15 To 18k AED
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all Human Resources functions across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both small and large organizations, with proven expertise in policy development, HR operations, and administrative management. The role is based in Dubai, with travel to African locations as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage HR documentation, compliance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Lead administrative functions including office operations, travel coordination, visas, and general admin tasks.
- Support HR operations across African locations through planned business visits.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and relevant African labour laws.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources across multiple HR domains.
- Experience in both small and large organizations, with hands-on experience preparing policies from scratch.
- Strong background in HR operations and administrative management.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Africa as per business requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive HR matters professionally and discreetly.
- Education: MBA in HR or a related field.
- Nationality: Indian (must be currently based in Dubai).
