Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) operations across the facility and provide operational support during mass production runs.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and overseas HQ/factory teams regarding new product launches and packaging implementation.
- Maintain and modify assembly of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems, and SAP databases.
- Oversee server and rack assembly workflows while actively contributing to rack packaging design.
- Lead Kaizen optimization initiatives and ensure compliance during internal and external ISO audits.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with server/rack assembly, BOM creation, SFC systems, SAP maintenance, and compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proven project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
