We are looking for high-caliber Technical Leads to strengthen our engineering leadership layer. This role is ideal for seasoned technologists who combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. As a Technical Lead, you will guide engineering teams, define technical direction, ensure delivery excellence, and help shape a modern, scalable, and AI-driven technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineers, providing hands-on guidance, technical coaching, and structured development plans.

Drive the technical strategy within your domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and engineering best practices.

Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions, working closely with product, design, and architecture teams.

Set engineering quality standards including patterns, coding guidelines, testing, and automation frameworks.

Ensure delivery excellence, leading sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution.

Enhance system performance, reliability, and security through proactive engineering and strong governance.

Promote innovation, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation, modernization, and platform improvement.

Collaborate across teams to enable interoperability, shared capabilities reuse, and cohesive platform evolution.

Contribute to recruitment, talent development, and capability building within the engineering organization.

Qualifications

1012 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 35 years in a senior or leadership role.

Deep technical expertise in one or more areas such as:

o Front-End Engineering (e.g., Angular/React, micro-frontends, design systems, modern build tooling)

Back-End Engineering (Java, microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures)
