We are looking for high-caliber Technical Leads to strengthen our engineering leadership layer. This role is ideal for seasoned technologists who combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. As a Technical Lead, you will guide engineering teams, define technical direction, ensure delivery excellence, and help shape a modern, scalable, and AI-driven technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, providing hands-on guidance, technical coaching, and structured development plans.

• Drive the technical strategy within your domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and engineering best practices.

• Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions, working closely with product, design, and architecture teams.

• Set engineering quality standards including patterns, coding guidelines, testing, and automation frameworks.

• Ensure delivery excellence, leading sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, and security through proactive engineering and strong governance.

• Promote innovation, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation, modernization, and platform improvement.

• Collaborate across teams to enable interoperability, shared capabilities reuse, and cohesive platform evolution.

• Contribute to recruitment, talent development, and capability building within the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.

• Deep technical expertise in one or more areas such as: 

o Front-End Engineering (e.g., Angular/React, micro-frontends, design systems, modern build tooling)
